my cd collection is now approaching the 2500 mark & i`m running out of space,also i probably never play a lot of them anymore,do i go for a server or a 300 multi-player

ideas & thoughts please

rip 'em all to a dirty great hard drive, stick them in the loft, buy a Squeezebox3 and let it change your music listening life.

I have a 300 CD Multichanger. Hardly ever used it. Have now bought a 2 Terabyte Buffalo Terastation and am ripping all my CD's into Lossless format so that I can use them on all my PC's and my Onkyo 905 (when it arrives).

Get a server is my advice.

Of course, if you opt for the Multichanger, I have one for sale at a very reasonable price Wink

or consider a Maxtor Shared Storage II, 1 terrabyte version is the largest they do.
