iPods get all the press, but what about the Sony Walkman?

 

Have you guys reviewed any? I don't know his budget so feel free to recommend anything from bargain basement to stratospheric.

Kind of ironic isn't it? That Sony still make their Walkmen but only provide iPod connectivity now. I'd ditch the iPod in a second for this, cos as we all know everyone makes better sounding players now.

I'm pretty sure Sony makes docks/connectors for Walkmans to go with some of its micro hi-fi systems. In fact, clickety. Worth looking on Amazon too.
