Hi, I have a couple of music dvds which I like to listen to (and watch but mostly listen). My problem is that my dvd is just a cheap panasonic one which I struggle to listen to. Id like to be able to rip the dvd to an audio cd to play on my CD5x. I know EAC is the best for music, but whats the best way to do this with a dvd, and rip to wave? Are the video and audio files seperate on a dvd? Any advice appreicated, thanks.

Others may have better suggestions, but is use dvd audio extractor. its free and rips to WAV, FLAC, OGG and MP3. A reputable site like CNet should have it, or just do a Google search. using it should be pretty straight forward.

I think I found the one, http://www.castudio.org/dvdaudioextractor/ . It says there is a free trial, but ya need to pay for it after 30days (or stop using it). Should be ok though thanks. Sometimes if ya reinstall those type of programs ya get another 30days.
