Hi I unfortunately had to put my beloved separates system in the loft. Don't ask!! Anyway, I now have all my music in MP3 format and I am thinking of buying an Apple Airport Express base station which would link up to a decent pair of speakers. Could anyone recommend speakers that would be compatible with the base station and be under £200 mark? Cheers

As you'll presumably need some sort of amplification to go with the speakers, I'd suggest the Audioengine A5 active speakers (£200) which have built-in amplification of 45W per channel, two 3.5mm inputs on the left speaker, a USB output and, most usefully in your case, a mains AC output for use with Apple's Airport Express.

Oh, and they sound fantastic too, which is why we made them our Best Buy Active Speakers in our 2007 Awards.
