iPhone + Portable Headphone Amp + Ultrasone HFI780 = WOW!!!!!!

Portable amp is a Headamp Pico and mumma mia, this is so awesome.

Cable between the iPhone and amp is an ALO Cryo Dock-(iPhone).

Amp arrived today and not burned in yet, but sounds fantastic. This is so the way forward for everyone who loves their portable music and headphones.

What Hi-Fi, if you'd like to borrow the Pico to review, you're more than welcome. It gets rave reviews on Head-Fi.org so I'd be more than happy to lend it to you for a listen. The only downside is the 4 months I had to wait to receive it. I think this is standard fare with this type of product. Small cottage industry, made to order, by the chap himself in the States.

Cost -
£170 for the amp + £25 customs.
£30 for the Cryo Dock from ALO + £25 for customs again grrrrrrrrr.
Ultrasone HFI780 - £125 from the UK distributor.
