denon ipod touch dock

can anyone tell me if the denon ASD-1R ipod dock can be used with my rotel amp.I'm not sure what connectors it has or if it will keep my ipod charged.If not does anyone have a recommendation for a compatible dock [in black] that keeps the ipod charged/plays via the amp and possibly has a connector for a tv? thanks atb robbi
