How can I convert dvds so I can put them on a ipod?

I mean from a dvd that doesn't have a digital copy with it.

DvdFab has this option,you can d/l a trial version here http://www.dvdfab.com/download.htm

I've always used Videora, and it's free.

I use a program called "handbrake" on my macbook, but i think its PC too!

CloneDVDMobile from Slysoft is another option. Handbrake is probably one of the easier/free options
