Cheers -thats what I was coming up with but based on how many features are packed in it I'll probably go with £320 from JL with the 5 year warranty.   £11+  per year for an extra 4 years has got to be worth it.

It's definitely worth it. You could get John Lewis to price match Richer Sound's £307.90 with 5 year guarantee (or buy it from Richer Sounds).

I've got a nectar card as well, but Logitech will give you around 125 nectar points, which is worth 62.5p. But if you go through Quidco instead, you'll get further £3.10 cashback.

Price aside, what would be the advantages of upgrading from my Harmony 550/555?  I don't mind putting in 4AAAs every 12 months, but would be interested in people's views on the upside?

All remotes do the same job. If you're happy with your current Harmony remote, there's no good reason for you to upgrade.

Just ordered one. I selected express shipping as opposed to the default 'standard' and it made no difference to the price. Bargain! Cheers for the heads up.
