great deal on sony amp????...

After much searching and countless demos,I managed to get a great deal ( i think so anyway!.. ) on a sony strda12000 home cinema amp. It was purchased last october for 450 euro ( about 310 stg ) with a monster bass cable for my sub, and monster home series hdmi cable ( for my ps3 ) chucked in for free, from my local retailer.Seemed like a good deal at the time....... no????

Xtravision actually! they are a sister company of Blockbuster UK, and have about 200 stores in R.O.I. Not all do consumer electronics, just some of the lager stores..... I have to say their prices are keen and promice to price match any deal locally...... ah the joys of competition in the market place!!!!
Good deal alright specially with the 2 cables, who is your local retailer ??
