Denon AVR-4306 from Videopro Carindale - $2850 down from $4000, no doubt with new version imminent
My advice is to try and hunt down a ex-demo unit as you can get great deals on these. I got a Denon dvd3930 for £550 with a retail price of £1100, thats half price and with 2 years gurantee. I am sure even in the land down under you will get a deal like this.

I was told Toombul Music had Atacama Nexus Speaker Stands on clearance. They were marked $380 but they offered them to a guy I know for $250.
Out of interest what AV Furniture do you use? Most of the good brands reviewed in What HiFi? don't seem to be available here or very hard to find if they are.

I was told by a few dealers that Denon products are not marked down when a new model is coming. I was hoping to pick up a DVD-1930 cheap but no one would come down much even though the 1940 is due out soon.
