I am hoping  to get these as an upgrade for my inferior speakers but I only have £600 to spend

I can't imagine that the OP would complain about getting the item for £100 less than he had budgeted for Smile, using the link above David's post.

However, on two occasions about three and about eight months ago, I tried to phone Sound and Vision, and nobody ever answered the phone, so I don't know what their current status is. Hence I bought my Yamaha RX-V671 receiver elsewhere.

I saw yesterday that sevenoaks in Cambridge had some ex-demo ones for £350. Don't know how far away that is to be useful or not.
