Wots best BDP-S500 or BDP-S760

Hi can anyone tell me the diferences between the Sony BDP-S500 & the much newer BDP-S760.
I can get my hands on a s500 for £199 but is it worth it or should i just pay more for the newer S760.

Is there much difference between the ps3 (4 picture quality & sound) & the S760 ?
s500 is a very very old model & £199 is a lot of money to pay for it! S360 at £135 is a lot better than that. I would prefer an S760 for all its extra features & better quality overall.
