THX iPhone/IPad app
Has on none else had issues with mirroring from their iPhone/iPad to Apple TV when running the app?
The main intro mirrors when it starts up. But when going onto the set up sections it mirrors the sound but not the picture. I have the app set to mirror, so a tad confused.
at least I downloaded it when it was free

MH - how are you getting it direct into your tv? AV cable?
yea i had this problem, it says on the app that it can only output 5.1 sound via cable connection. so i guess its the same with the picture as well.
30 pin to hdmi adapter on the iPad. Not tried it via the amp yet.

when you say you have mirroring turned,on you still need to double click your home button and scroll left as if hou qere going to shut apps down. There you will find a mirroring icon on your idevice.
Once this is pressed it works a treat.
Have tried setting to mirror as you have described ric71, unfortunately still no joy. It plays the intro fine, and when it talks through aspect ratio etc, the timer comes up on tv indicating it working, and sound is played through amp. But no picture still.
Tried direct into amp but will only allow me to play my music. Might have to resort seating up with THX set up from a DVD
Works fine on my Panasonic direct into the TV.
