Smart TV functionality - anything as good or better?

That is, is there anything as good or better these days as the PS3 for range of smart TV functions? AFAIK it has iplayer, 4OD, ITV player, and these catch up services are the main reason I want smart TV functionality (if I've missed any exciting possibilities, do let me know).
