pioneer vsxlx70 upscaling to 1080p 24fps.

hi, does anyone know if new pioneer amps vsxlx70 upscales to 1080p24fps on avland website description it can upscale.just wondering if this is a mistake does it mean passthrough,if it can that would be terrific if you have a tv which can accept 1080p24fps,of course most of pioneers can dating back to year 05.any responce appreciated thanks.
