panasonic 500 question?

hi i have the onkyo 5009 and a panasonic 500 3d blu ray player what would give me the best sound quality to my amp using the hdmi connection to my amp digital or connecting using 7.1 analouges to my amp it has 32 bit dacs the 7.1 analouges i need help asap please
