Not enough Ins and Outs

Hi,

I am putting together a system which comprises of the kit below:

Samsung LE40F86BD

Infocus Projector 4805

Samsung 22" LCD PC Monitor

Onkyo SR805

PS3

Desktop PC

Kef iq5 5.1 package

My problem is that even with a high spec amp such as this, there is only 1 x HDMI out and I need 2 for the 40" screen an the projector. I have seen simple splitters that allow 1 HDMI input and 2 HDMI outputs but my concern is that these £20.00 devices will reduce the quality of any decent HDMI cables that I purchase and be the week link in the picture/Sound quality to the Tv and projector.

I would also like to plug the PS3 and the esktop PC into the small 22" TV as well as the Onkyo, again will these small Y splitters decrease the quality of the signal. Should I just get a quality dedicated HDMI switch box to handle all the ins and outs before they even get to the AV amp or any display device.
