My Wife is going to kill me unless I stop talking about cables... HELP!

Hi, yes it's an old question but I still can't fathom it out.
Just bought all new stuff, including Sony 5200 amp, Sony KDL40W tv, Sky HD, Sony HXD970 DVD recorder. I have QED HDMi P cables connecting to all to the amp then up to the TV.
Does this cover everything I need or do I need to connect optical cables for sound from anything?

Optical for Sky HD if you want 5.1 rather than stereo...
