Looking for amp recommendation (somewhat budget) for Acer Aspire Revo 100

This looks like the rigth forum to ask this.

In short I'm looking to setup a nice home-cinema solution for my living room, and I have fallen for the Acer Aspire Revo 100 HTPC (http://www.trustedreviews.com/Acer-Aspire-Revo-100_Desktop-PC_review)
So now I've been searching for a suitable amp to go with this (connectivity is: an optical digital audio output and HDMI output)
Since I'm looking to install XBMC on the Acer, the amp should not handle any network connectivity.

I've looked at the Sony STR-DH820, which looks as what I'm after - but still I hesitate; it may be over my target - I don't necesarily need 7.1 but only 5.1 - so I thought I would ask the forum. It would be great if a cheaper alternative was out there (€200) - please help me in deciding with any recommendation for an amp or suggestions in regards to my revo 100 considerations.
