How does speaker run in sound?

Just interested to know how running in new 5.1 speakers may effect the sound and when/is it necessary to run a setup again?

Just as you said but with my MS it took around a month of listening to run em fully in!
Maybe I have the answer. Having tried to leave the new Mezzos running for about a week now the sound seems to have mellowed somewhat. Just seems more relaxed though eager when demanded. Maybe its all imagination. Maybe the bass traps. Maybe my ears getting used to the sound. It just seems that the initial excitement of new kit has given way to a more natural presentation which is becoming more enjoyable. The car running in analogy seems to strongly support the effects.
