HELP!!! Regarding Pioneer HTP-RS40

Hi,

This is my first post on this community. SO, i am going to buy a new home theatre in say a budget of max 1000$. I checked out Pioneer HTP-RS40 and also few of the Onkyo and JBL and found this is one of the better sounding one's.

I am not sure whether this is available outside India or no or is discontinued but would really love to hear a review or any alternatives.
