Denon upgrade

Were upgrading the front room and were having a cinema set up room type thing, were going to be using the samsung led thing with very thin edges, (WHF just reviewed it) anyway

we currently have a denon sys-500 system (few years old) and we want to put grade obv to a small system and we have been looking at the BOSE LIFESTYLE V35 was wondering, will it sound any better?

 other reccomadation welcome
