denon or pioneer

Any Help

I have a RS6 5.1 speaker system with denon 3805 receiver. I want to upgrade the receiver. I have been looking at few different receivers, esp the pioneer's vsx lx-55 or the Denons 2312/3312. But now gone off the idea of 3312 as it said to have few Internet issues. Any one have any suggestion as to which would be of a better much.
