Hi all,

I'm looking for any opinions or experiences forum members may have had regarding the relative merits of PL2Z or DSX height

front speaker effects/soundstage.

I have just purchased a Denon AVR 3312 and am going to move whole viewing/listening area and layout around. By doing this

I'm losing the ability to have rear surrounds and so will utilise them as front heights in either of the above formats and would

appreciate any observations of the 2 formats. Unfortunately I can't have front wides due to physical room limitations.

As the Denon utiliises Audessy Eq. I would have thought that their system may be the best fit.

As a separate question - can I have the standard 5.1 with front heights AND bi-amp the front speakers? Reading the manual

is not 100% clear and I wondered if anyone has had an experiment with  a similar set-up.

Will be setting this all up in a couple of weeks time so any thoughts and comments would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Stefan
