All the gear no Idea ! Help Please

Could anyone please help me in suggesting the best way to connect up my home entertainment system? Heres my gear ;

Samsung es8000 46inch 3D LCD TV

Onkyo 605 Amp

PS3 (mk 1)

Sky+HD

Maudaunt Short Mezzo 5:1 speaker package

Just not sure too sure what optical/hdmi and cables I need and where they go?!

Any Help or suggestions would be much appreciated
