Does the Western Digital WD TV Live Hub Media player support the WD my Book 3TB HDD.

If not, what can I use to stream1080p from my WD 3TB to my TV.

TV has HDMI.

Yes it does.

You can stream almost any content over your network or use the USB socket on the WD TV Live unit and then use either a HDMI connection from the unit to the tv or use a home network to stream to the tv if it supports DLNA. Full details on the Western Digital site in case you have any doubts:
