which dvd-player?

I want too buy a new dvd-or hd-player (to replace my old pioneer dv-66
in combination with a plasma 435 xde(pioneer).What do you recommend to get the best possible picture.budget up to 700pounds.

Clear choice would be between the Marantz DV7001 and the Denon DVD-2930, which you can find for around £550.
