what speaker cable best for me

I have Yamaha AX550 and CDX660 with Tannoy M4 speakers, all old but just set it back up after  being in loft for 10 yrs, I need new speaker cable to go with system.

Thinking of either:

Qed silver anniversary 

Chord Silver carnival

Audioquest 14/2

Need 2x 4m run on this - any suggestions

IMO. As long as you stay away from silver coated stuff you should be fine, whether from Chord, Atlas, Audioquest or Van Damme UP LC-OFC

just a note - Chord Company Silver Carnival is a copper cable!
