should what is right stay Right and what is left stay Left

My Nad C320 and My Rocksan kandy 2 beg to differ on what should come out the right speaker and what should come out the left. To make matters even more intresting.My pioneer 509 cd writer through an optical and coaxial leads into a cambridge Dac also dose a wrong way round mirror image of the recording Any thoughts

Connected well. The pioneer always had this characteristic since new. records Cd mirror image wrong way round through a toss link and digital cable. Just wondered how common it was Thought it really strange when the Nad and rocksan heard things differently as well . First thing one dose is check the leads. i done this many times. I just wondered how common it was. The difficulty is trying to explain the problem
How is all your equipment connected together? Sounds like a simple case of crossed cables somewhere.
