While saving and researching for a pair of new speakers, its struck me how important the room is. YES i know

No rules or set formulas. The size of room, its acoustics will determine how a system will sound. Try and build a system around your room and not the other way round.
If your room is reflective then try and avoid a system that provokes harshness.
