Steve allready have a amp with a perfect capable phone stage! 

If he was going to star from scratch that would be a perfect starting point...

I've owmed Rega Phono and listened to the Elicit phono. Neither are close to the Elements. It's like you owned different record players. RP3 has a LOT of potential.
