Please Help with Speaker Cable choice

Hi, am needing to replace my existing basic speaker wire to something better and have narrowed it down to either the Van Den Hulls The Bridge or Chords Carnival Silver Plus. I will be running 5m lengths of the cable if this makes any difference... So does anyone have any experience with either cables please. When i say anyone i mean anyone other than Troll McAlpine!
