New Linn Sekrit DSM
The oft "forgotten" Linn Sekrit has had a welcome makeover, with more than a family resemblance to the Sneaky:

I have seen a price of £1550 talked about, which would be good.....but fear it is likely to be nearer £1750.
As you can see from my signature I've joined the Linn gang, so interested in all things Linn - fascinating to see how both they and Naim are pushing out new or updated products with dizzying frequency. I wonder if this reflects or is reflected in a widening customer base
I think it is about adapting their products to the dizzing progression of the digital age, while accommodating what people need / expect their system to handle.....ie. it's often about the versatility from a single box.
If you stand still, you go backwards...fast.
Congratulations on the MDSM/Harbeth...which I suspect sounds rather good. If you have any insight to give, I'd love to hear it....possibly here: http://www.whathifi.com/forum/hi-fi/the-linn-ds-dsm-thread?page=11#comme...
The back of the Sekrit DSM looks exactly like the Kiko but with additional Analogue output, RC5 accessory and IR connections

There is certainly talk of it being based on a Kiko.
