Nad m51 dac

Hello,
I just got to know about the existence of the Nad m51 dac. Has anyone compared it with the Rega DAC or the Audiolab mDac? It would be interesting to know how do these three compare...despite the price difference, the nad has HDMI input!

One of the other major UK mags has reviewed it, giving it a big thumbs up, but felt it lack the transparency of the best DACs at this price range.
