My new Rega RP3
I've just got my new RP3/Elys 2 home and set up....wow how much detail!!!
I've played one side of Avalon - it sounds amazing I'm gobsmacked!
Struggling to hear the pops & crackles now too on some of my crackly records!
All my doubts about the Elys 2 being dull have gone out of the window, sounds loads better than my RP1 the Ortofon OM5E on the RP1 must of been a bit worn as it was picking up loads of noise!
Anyway I'm very happy right now! and Thanks to Gary & Bill at Analouge Seduction!
Superb piece of kit. Probably the turntable I'll keep for good to be honest. Love listening to my vinyl on it and I think the Elys 2 is superb.

Now you can compare the sound quallity between the Rega DAC/SBT and RP3.
Like you i love my Digital audio data played throught the DAC/SBT but does not compare to the sound quality of the RP3.

I think I've annoyed the neighbours enough tonight - bedtime for just finished off again with The Hurting - Tears for Fears for the 2nd time tonight!
If the neighbours are p****d off you know you have a good turntable.
yeah cant stop from tweaking my volume dial!
