Musical Fidelity X DAC V8 paired to an X Ray V8 CD Player - Worth the Upgrade?

Hi

I've just got a Musical Fidelity X RAY V8 and am considering getting the matching X DAC V8. Will this upgrade the sound of the X RAY and be worth the extra expense? I've seen these advertised for about £200 used. Does anybody know where I can get one or willing to sell me one?

The other bits of kit I've got are:

Musical Fidelity: X T100 Integrated Amp with Triple X PSU and A3cr Power Amp.

I've got the above bi-amped through Chord Chameleon interconnects into a pair of Epos M22i speakers using Chord Silver Screen speaker cable.

Any advice would be much appreciated thanks, including which coaxial digital cable to go for.
