Leema's gone Pete Tong!

Would you credit it. Last night decided to listen to some music on headphones, first time in quite a while, and there's hardly any sound out of both channels. I have to crank it up to around 11 o'clock on the volume to get the same level of dbs.Tried a spare pair of headphones and ditto. Absolutely fine on speakers.

Cut to the chase: Spoke to Leema this morning and they are collecting it this Monday coming and will repair it for me FOC.

Been really unlucky with the headphone socket.

Over the weekend I'll dust off the Alpha 7...

Hope it gets fixed quick and enjoy the new/old sound of the Arcam

A document showing a 'recent manufacturer service' is an excellent thing to have when selling it. 

If you hadn't got one already, Leema will probably ship it back in one of their own boxes. (Another good thing to have when selling.)

There's a serious and very important side to this, too.

When I had the Alpha 7 the volume control went wonky. Contacted them and they were going to charge me for repair, plus I had to arrange my own courier. That's when the decision was made to buy the A65+. What it cost to repair outweighed its value.

Leema, on the other hand, regardless of sound quality and all the other paraphernalia that goes with the brand's reputation (Pulse MKI is the third generation of their amps), they are repairing and arranging pick-up and delivery back when fixed without costing a penny.

Can't ask for more than that. Wicked.

Big thumbs up for Leema customer service, that's excellent.

Think PP would rather sell the Mrs than change the Pulse... good to be so content with kit.
