Hi guys I'm looking some help on choosing an amplifier for my bookshelf speakers
Okay so here’s my problem, I've got 4 bookshelf speakers and I can only power two of them at a time on my Denon D-M38DAB. What I want to do is to get an amplifier that can power all 4 at the same time. The speakers that I have are a pair of Wharfefale Diamond 9.1 Speakers and another pair of BOSTON ACOUSTICS A25 Speakers. I've placed myself a budget of £250 (give or take a few quid) and I've been looking around the internet for amplifiers but I am pretty worried that I could choose an unsuitable amplifier. I will mainly be using these speakers for listening to music, primarily rock but I have a broad taste.
I'll post the speakers specifications here too:
Boston Acoustics A25;
Nominal impedance (ohms) 8 Recommended amp power (watts) 10 - 150 Sensitivity (dB) 89 Wharfedale Diamond 9.1; Nominal impedance (ohms) 6 Power handling (watts) 20 - 100 (programme) Sensitivity (dB) 86 Thank you all in advance for any help provided.
