I refer the honourable gentleman to my previous answer regarding unimaginative PR people.

I see you.
Maybe the red is a bit EDITED.

Maybe that's what the (ex-Haymarket, but then isn't almost everyone in hi-fi PR these days?) PR person thought
Obviously I don't do PR for that brand, but can say that many brands still don't "get" the need for more creative photography. I've had to commission several shoots just to give us a core set of images.
On the other hand, there's also the knowledge that however many colourful products shots the media reproduces, most customers will still buy black (this is true for almost every tech product!)

Product photography is so important, it is also one of the most frustrating things I find with working with small brands and manufacturers. People like to think they buy with there heads but so many purchasing decisions are made on an emotional level. Good, creative photography can really help to sell a product.
Enjoy the music!
Ooops! Present company excepted, of course...
Have a word with Heseltine…and he’s just sold off a load of publications too.
I do like a deep red gloss as it goes, depends on the décor I guess. Think I’d still go for wood depending on the standard.
When are they going to make black Sonoses (Play:N excepted)?
I am very suspicious of anything that comes in 'black ash' these days.
Black Oak actually sir
I stand corrected. Ash / Oak? Pretty much the same. I think the only place for this material would be an old smoke stained and beamed pub.
I certainly wouldn't entertain it in the house. As correctly stated it is very 'yesterday'.
Do you actually sell many in this 'black'? The natural oak finish is wonderful by the way.

I think it would be only fair to say here that the Black Oak EB1s I handled were actually beautifully finished...
And the Sub.
No signature worth mentioning...
Don't do subs
It may surprise you to know that the split between Oak and Black is 55/45 in favour of Black.
Sonos do though. In black.
Yes, and I don't care because, well, ^^
