I am looking for a compact CD player with USB output.

 

Any suggestions?

There are some with a USB input, but for a USB output, I think you need a laptop.

You'd have to give more detail - by compact do you mean boombox-style? If so, John Lewis have a decent looking player called  the "Frontier" with a port for USB and a slot for SD cards.
