Arcam A18/19

What are peoples views of the Arcam A18 amplifier? Now that it can be had for £350 is it better than budget amps such as the NAD 326BEE, Denon PMA 720AE, Marantz PM6004 etc? I don't expect many people have compared directly but is the A19 significantly better than the older model or similar sounding?
