Advise please on hi-fi setup (Pioneer LX56)

Have just upgraded AV system and player from 8-year old Yamaha AV receiver and no-name DVD player to Pioneer LX56 and BDP450 (connected via HDMI), already a marked improvement in sound quality, however speakers are old yamaha NS-P210, so obvious point for an upgrade as well. I will be using the system for 30% movies and 70% or more for music (esp. classical).

I am thinking along the lines of either:

Dali Zensor 1 (with front and not sure about subwoofer)

Dali Zensor 5 fronts and Zensor 1 for surround/centre

Dali Ikon 5 front and Zensor for surround/centre

I know that the best thing is to go and listen, however difficult to find where they would have all those in store. As such, would be great to hear if anyone had same setup and could advise, especially on how would Dalis go with Pioneer and also the quality difference between the three options.

Also, would be much appreciated if you could point me in the right direction with cables (I know, very subjective, but still..)
