you stand up to go somewhere, but the cable doesnt reach, and expensive equipment gets pulled onto the floor.......

i do have a long cable extension, but is there any way (product) which will allow me to use my headphones wirelessly, and i dont want to buy wireless headphones.   

i was thinking along the lines of existing tech, but without the headphones containing the reciever, just that on its own?
