Noise-cancelling, portable, Touch-friendly, reasonably priced cans URGENTLY required!!!

Right
I'll be brief as iOS Safari has a tendency to crash! I'm in urgent need of new noise-cancelling, portable headphones (I can't cope with earphones, they won't stay in my ears!) to replace a set of Sennheiser PCX 250-iis which have died just out of warranty (as per effin usual!).
In desperation, as I'm autistic and can't be without my tunes for more than a day (or I'm like a rabid lioness with PMS!) I bought a set of 200-iis from my local Apple Store; now when I tell you some of my favourite noisemakers, you'll understand why I'm not exactly enthused...
My top 3 favourite bands (in no particular order) are The Clash, The Damned and The Specials (if I had to add a 4th, it'd be the Manics). Yes, folks, I like it louder than Chris Moyles in a neon pink shirt standing on top of a 747I can say about these is that music has 3 ranges, but Sennheiser has completely forgotten to add any bass! The Clash sound like some Cowell-produced boy group (I NEVER use the term 'boyband' as that implies talent). These things are flatter than a steamrollered turbot!
I got my 250s from an Amazon Marketplace seller and only paid £45 (and yes, they were 100% genuine I had them checked after I bought them) so I feel rather spoilt). No they weren't perfect, far from it, and you did have to turn on the noise-cancellation to boost the bass, because they were rubbish without it - but they were better than these!
Now, I have specific requirements
They must be: -
1. Noise-cancelling
2. Portable
3. Cans
4. Play nicely with a Touch (these don't ( I don't give a damn that Sennheiser market them as 'the perfect companion to your iPhone, as far as I'm concerned they ain't!). When I'm typing, I can hear every tap (okay keyboard sounds can be turned off, but I've some apps which won't allow you to turn off their notification alert tones, and I don't wish to turn off my reminder tones, either; with the 250s, the sounds simply weren't intrusive, and I think that was because of the way they handled volume control, as well as the noise-cancellation).
5. Not cost squillions; a *maximum* top-end price is going to be just over the ton. No more. And if the RRP/MSP was a ton so much the better, because that would mean there was a chance I'd get 'em cheaper online.
I could add 'lightweight' but I'm assuming that's a given as I need travel cans...
These have a 14-day returns period, from today (17/05) so I don't have much time.
So, what should every discerning punk rocker be using to make Damned sure (sorry, I had to) they suffer total hearing loss before they're 40...? (in my case, that's next year...).
Cheers dudes
