I used ACS too to go with my Klipsch X10i. Very happy.

Just buy a pair of JH Audio JH16 and be done with it.
One of the best, if not the best, in ear headphones money can buy!

Well I use etymotic whom I know do custom fit: www.etymotic.com/customfit/index.html I'm sure that pretty much any of the big manufs could though...
