in-ears for an android phone?

i'm after some advice about upgrading the standard buds supplied with my sony xperia phone. i'll be listening to music files at mostly 192 kbps and am thinking of getting spotify premium, would it be over kill to get something like the klipsch x10i's and would they infact just emphasise the compression of the files? i would like a nicely balanced but full bodied sound and have found selfridges now carry a good stock of some previously hard to find makes. auditioning any models seems to be impossible tho so any helpful suggestions will be appreciated.
