Headphone headband pad for Grado

anyone know where i get something like this for my grados

have a shaved head at the moment so to fit my ears properly the headband onlt just touches my head so would mad a little extra padding to wrap around the headband and fasten with press studs or something

I shave my head about once every 2 months. Have done since my twenties.
