Guitar amplifier headphones - which ones?

HI - looking for a pair of good headphones to use with a guitar amplifier so I can play without disturbing anyone. I'm guessing closed can type, but which ones? I'm thinking of the Sennheiser HD-202s which are a great price and What Hi-Fi rated, but will they be up to the job of an amplifier headphone?

Any recommendations please, not too expensive of course! thanks
