AKG K271 MKII or K242 HD

Hi again,

As you may have seen, I am currently looking for a headphone amp, as per my other post below. 

Looking forward to when I've saved up a bit again, I'm also considerig some options for headphones. Just now I'm wondering if anyone has an opinion or some advice on the AKG K271 MKII or the K242HD.

I had looked at the V-Moda M80s but would like something a bit differnt to my HD25s. - I got the impression the HD25s and M80s would be quite similar.

I'll probably be getting a V-Can or second hand X-Can amp and connecting it to the rDac.
