150 pounds to spend on a dac!

hi everyone! I'm basically looking for a dac to compliment my AKG K702 and Musical Fidelity X-cans running off my pc. I feel that I could use a dac that will add a slight bass emphasis to the sound and add nothing else. Any recommendation is welcome

Or the Fubar USB DAC. Extra dynamics also come with adding The Supplier PSU as well.

Musical Fidelity VDAC comes in within budget and for the money is hard to beat IMO
